Senior Mentor.

Job description:
Mentor a select number of BS/MS/PhD students, depending on your experience, providing assistance with all aspects of the admissions process including:

Understand the background and aspirations of each mentee. Develop strong mentor-mentee relationship.
Providing guidance on improving academic performance, standardized test scores, college lists, essays, interview preparation, and overall applications.
Assist applicants with building a better profile including through strategic summer program, extracurricular activities, research internship search and guidance.
Guide students through financial prearation including various scholarships and programs.
Supporting other team members and contributing to common resources.
Taking lead on a particular program is highly recommended.

Requirements:

Bachelors, Masters, or PhD degree from a top-tier college or university
Comfortable with modern web-based automation tools
Experience mentoring or tutoring
Outstanding reading, writing, and editing skills
Strong organization skills, working proficiency with modern web-based automation tools, taking end-to-end responsibilities, ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a small team, maintain high efficiency, and high levels of enthusiasm.
Leadership experiences and aspiration to take leadership on managing a customer segment is highly desirable.

In-depth detailed guides about each step of the admission process. The guides should be detailed enough that a reader should be able to follow the process
